Move plan of sky to weekend raid
Someone suggested yesterday to move plane of sky to a weekend raid and swap it with plane of hate and I think it's a great idea, so I'm posting it here to see what everyone thinks.

I heard somebody mention I think it was beerd that once we get everyone keyed up playing the sky will go a whole lot quicker. But yeah I'm not too picky I think we should move whatever the fastest raid we can complete two Wednesday nights. It's not an issue for me for the next 3 weeks but after that whatever raid we do needs to be finished up by about 11 p.m. EST. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe plane of sky is on a 24 hour lockout for the instance so we could do that this Sunday and wait till Wednesday to do hate. Also is hate really that much faster with us killing 10 to 12 minis during the Run?

I suspect that Sky will be faster once we have it on farm. We will likely be skipping the first few islands as everyone will be keyed.
While the instance does have a very short lockout, the Islands and Loot lockout are the standard 6+ days. Last night we had a few things go against us as far as time goes. We had the nearly guild wide crash, there was a lot of chatter in Discord, we did Open World first, and it was our first night bidding with DKP. All of which should be much quicker in the future, if necessary at all.
The other thing I noticed is that there is 1:40 between my Island 1 lockout and my Island 4 lockout. I don't know what triggers the timer, but that seems pretty quick either way.
I think we made great progress last night, and had substantial increases in gear for a lot of people (I hope there are no tanks wearing gear like I saw being upgraded last night 
), and a lot of the melee got haste belts, so our DPS should continue to increase.
I personally would like to see how things go next week before we forego a hate raid to rearrange the schedule.

Well personnally, I'd rly appreciate to have sky moved to weekend 
I work late at night on week days... till 10pm and I really like to do sky, plus can't join you guys on the fly in this one cause of the damn keys
