If you have trouble with highly contest mobs via bottlenecks, that results in someone demanding Krono be paid for them to stop griefing and give you access to an item, PETITION immediately. This by definition, is extortion. Money doesn't have to change hands for extortion to  take place.  All you need is a demand for money and unpleasant feeling.  Also Daybreak benefits directly by allowing it to take place. Making the "racket" possible.
