5. All rogues were getting "tries to pierce The Spiroc Lord, but The Spiroc Lord is INVULNERABLE!" warnings on occasion. This seemed to be consistent with all namers and the meteors.

I would run things differently with alts and dpk than this guild currently is but im not a leader so I'll just say this.
Careful with limiting alt switching. Lean on the more reasonable side of the coin. I say this because think in logical paths. If you block a person from playing the class they want to raid on what is their option? The only option left is to guild remove that class and raid in another guild which helps attrition and potentially main attrition as well.
I feel like enough people chiming in with thoughts on the other stuff so I wont do that unless someone asks.

The guy has some experience and wisdom about EQ for sure. He was smart enough to make a guild with weekend raids times knowing no other guilds were doing that. Find the niche, fill the niche. That brought me here.
With that said, as I familiarized myself with you all in discord and listened I grew concerned. There was a severe tendency towards drama coming from him. Also a nice heaping of paranoia top with a sprinkle of micromanagement.
I feel much less concerned with you guys in the lead now. I hope you can stick with it and build a solid core of officers and we can have fun and get loots for a while together.
Transparency such as this post is key. Keep it open and honest. GG and GL!
Im not married to S&B name. Dont mind it but if it changed no bid deal but to me would not be worth the effort.

I've heard this before but in my experience /assist main works just fine in raids regardless of what group you are in.
my 2 cents
I've been the MA a few raids and what I see is people picking what they think the target might be and going at it. If they see someone else on it then its OK they are on it and its just a snow ball effect.
I think its multiple root issues.
a) a lack of use of /assist main or raid
b) attack chain reaction, if I see it being attacked its ok if I attack snowball.
c) dotters wanting to maximize their dps. Dunno why perhaps they are fapping to damage parsers, lol.
d) being too fast and not allowing MA to pick target. This also bends the other way, MA can be very slow on raids. I was pretty frustrated with our MA being distracted with tells and things and decided to volunteer to MA. Pitch in so to speak.
e) MA not calling their targets with a macro once it is selected. This is really key when there is 4+ mobs in camp as that is the beginning threshold for confusion. 3 and under people can just assist.
I think just some general awareness of the importance of focus targeting is key. Even on stupid little boring mobs like planar gear droppers. A balance of discipline when called for and ability to kinda flow with it is needed during raids.
